 4TH POINTS MEET UPDATE

With the Hurricane season on our door step our Third points meet Sponsored by Castrol Oil & Harry's Bar & Grill Hwy 11 the event had to be pushed all on Saturday Schedule.We we able to run all field down except for Super pro which was divided in the Final for racers.On our final round of Outlaws Boo King from Fredericton N.B. (canada's Fastest street car) in his 68 camero ss 706 cubic inch Nitros motor pushing over 2000 horsepower was to race Kelly fitzsimmons of St Paul N.B. in his Blown Alcohol 2002 Ponitac Firebird also pushing over 2000 horsepower.With 1000 fans & 150 racers in the pits waiting as the lights came down 4000 horsepower roared of the starting line and at the half track big problems for Boo king in the 68 camero as he breaks traction and fights to keep the car straight but the power over takes it and the Camero flips & rolls several times before stopping on it roof at the finishing line.Fitzsimmons untouched in the right lane makes a complete pass and wins the Outlaw Classes.Running the fastest pass of the season 2002 FireBird runs 7.06 sec @ 196.50 mph.
 Track was shutdown safety arrived to find Boo King unharmed in the Vechile.King was rush to hospital for observation then released with no injuries.The well caged certified 68 camero race car had held togeather and done it job.With mostly body total and no major damage to power train Boo king has told me he will be back next season better and fasterthen ever.

Rain followed afer clean up and track was shut down.                               Saturday winners are.

Another awsome weekend of racing we held our 1ST Annual HOOLIGAN BIKE EXTRAVAGANZA.Special guest Hub City stunters were onsite putting on an excellent show for the racers and spectators.

Over 100 bikes registered over the weekend and 1000 fans watching we laid down 2100 passes in the extreme heat.Every kind of bike was there to see from sport bike, cruiser, harley davidson, and chopper.From all over atlantic canada.

We held our first ever Quarter Mile Wheely Race.These guys were racing on the rear wheel only at speeds of 130 mile per hour.The most extreme bike race ever.

12 highschools with 21 cars competeing in 2009 N.B. Highschool
Challenge.They were there early Friday and ran time trial and tuned the
race cars for Sat challenge.The event was sponsored by IKON WHEELS and
they donated a set of 17" wheels to the winning school.

Sat qualifing put 21 high school cars in the staging lanes and when the
battle was over Chipman High came out on top of Fredricton High. After
10 rounds of double knockout race Chipman High were crowned 2009 champs.

May 31st update

Weather not that great for the weekend gave a low car count.We were able to get going Sunday Morn at 9:30 a.m. and ran a box/nobox race and double knockout for JR Drgasters.

Box Cody Horbart first place in the finals with a .502 light over Kandy Mitton which recieved second plce.
No/Box  Bruce Howatt first place second place went to Mark Howes.
